Hello all, There is good job opportunity in Shenzhen China, a very famouse IC design company seeking IC . The qualified candidate will be provide compatative payment(same as in USA) and career development.
Lead manager for an embedded DSP and MCU firmware team focusing on RF radio receivers.
Essential Functions:
• Manage and co-ordinate a embedded software team developing software based radio products
• Experienced at recruiting and hiring key personnel
• Experience at technical and project leadership for software design projects
• Proficient in C and assembly code for embedded applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English
• Able to mentor and train junior engineers
Qualifications:
Education and/or Experience:
An electrical engineering master's degree and 5 years of experience, including 2 or more in a leadership position.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Recruiting, hiring, and managing embedded firmware teams
• Developing, maintaining, and communicating project requirements and schedules
• Ability to co-ordinate between local and remote design locations
• Proficiency with C.
• Proficiency with assembly language programming and microprocessor and DSP architecture.
• Experience implementing software development tools for embedded systems
• Strong debugging skills
• Extensive knowledge of real-time embedded software design, development, and integration
• Proficiency with software configuration management skills
• Proficiency understanding of software generation (build techniques)
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong familiarity with lab debugging instruments such as oscilloscope and logic analyzers.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong familiarity with configuration management system.
