Job Descriptions
• Manager/Lead, Networking Protocol SW Development
o Responsibilities:
Lead software development in the area of networking protocols, including NAT, Firewall, Ethernet Switching, IP routing, VPN.
Coordinate with other software development teams, SQA teams, and external software supplies to ensure the on-time and high quality releases of networking protocol software.
o Qualifications:
5+ years of networking protocol development experience, including 3-4 years hands-on networking protocol development experience, plus 1-2 years of project/team management experience
Fluent in English and Mandarin
BS in CS/EE related field is a must, MS is a plus
• Manager/Lead, Network Management SW Development
o Responsibilities:
Lead software development in the area of network management, including SNMP and user interfaces (CLI, GUI)
Coordinate with other software development teams, SQA teams, as well as external software supplies to ensure the on-time and high quality releases of network management software.
o Qualifications:
5+ years of network management software development experience, including 3-4 years hands-on network management software development experience, plus 1-2 years of project/team management experience
Fluent in English and Mandarin
BS in CS/EE related field is a must, MS is a plus
• SQA Manager
o Responsibilities
In charge of product quality assurance
Testing planning, scheduling, execution
Work closely with development teams to timely discover, report, prioritize, and resolve issues encountered during testing
o Qualifications
5+ years of SQA experience in networking related products, including 1+ years of project/team management experience
Extensive hands-on experience with Linux, testing tools (Spirent, Sniffer, etc), Router/Switch. Extensive experience with bugzilla like bug tracking tools.
Familiar with testing automation
Fluent in English and Mandarin
