Position title: Sales Specialist (SWG)

 Job Scope:

Sales Specialists are responsible for selling IBM software products directly to customers. They are assigned to specific opportunities where they possess the sales and technical expertise required to conduct the phases of the sales cycle. For assigned opportunities, the Sales Specialist is responsible for closing the sale and positively impacting the customer's satisfaction with the engagement and the offerings.

Key attributes we are looking for:

*          Bachelor and above degree. Computer related major will be an advantage.

*          With interest in selling or promoting information system products. Goal oriented and an ability to work under pressure.

*  Aggressive, self-motivated, fast-learning, a good team player.

*  Good communication skills.

Job Scope:

The Systems Services Representatives (SSR) are primarily responsible for the post sale maintenance of IBM hardware and software in customer accounts. The SSR is assigned to accounts for system support and acts as a technical interface to customers for hardware and software support and the delivery of services as required by the customer. SSR will spend a majority of their time working on hardware related issues using problem analysis and problem solving skills for the identification and resolution of hardware situations in the customer environment. He/she may assist in the resolution of software and operational situations.

Key attributes we are looking for:

*  Bachelor and above degree., majored in computer related fields is preferred.

* Good knowledge and skills in Networking, Unix, DB2, C/C++, TCP/IP or software development is a good plus.
