Al Ansari is the President and founder of M&A Alliance, Inc. Al has over 15 years of M&A, Integration and IT in high-tech and the real estate industry. Al was a senior manager at VeriSign. During his 5 years tenure, he was the senior manager of operation and core member of M&A for VeriSign. Al was involved with over 24 acquisitions and integrations for VeriSign. He was involved with Integration of Network Solution to VeriSign–a $21 billion dollars acquisition, Illuminate–a $1.2 billion dollars telecom acquisitions, Guardent–a $135 million dollars acquisition in Managed Security Services, Unimobile–a $5.5 million dollars acquisition, CyberCash–a $20 million dollars acquisition in online payment services and Jamba/ Jamster–a $273 million dollars acquisition in content and wireless, to name a few.
Mr. Ansari was a senior Vice President of Information Technology at NAI/Brannen Goddard, the largest real estate company in the south east, serving full service commercial real estate to companies such as Hertz, International Paper, Midas corporation and local market.Al resides as chair for M&A Corner at EPIC, LinkSV.com. He is also a board member for Trusttone.com and advisor to several other companies.

Jim's practice areas include public and private securities offerings, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions and international business transactions. He has been involved in over 150 mergers, acquisitions and financing transactions. These transactions have included public offerings, private placements, debt financings, venture capital transactions, stock sales, asset sales, mergers, reorganizations and recapitalizations. Jim recently completed the Strategic Coach Masters Program, the advanced course of the world-renowned entrepreneur coaching program. He and his team work with early stage technology companies and other Software and Internet startups, providing full service consulting and advisory services. His specific expertise includes Stock Option plan development and related tax issues and grant planning, Budget development , Organizational planning and Capitalization issues, Management and accounting reporting systems set up/analysis, Corporate tax issues, Assisting in venture funding rounds, Software company and other early stage companies, Advisory Board and Board participation, Community outreach, Interim CFO services. Tom is active in his roles as Advisory Board member of client companies and takes a lead role in the positioning of companies from seed funding through merger, acquisition, and often as interim-CFO of early-stage client companies.
Tom was a co-founder and Chief Financial Officer of a software development company from start up to its acquisition. In addition, Tom worked with a major Silicon Valley semiconductor manufacturer in product management prior to entering Public Accounting. He has also served as a Board Member of many of the Valley's nonprofit organizations and political committees over the years. Prior to creating the Emerging Business Services Group, Tom worked extensively in success planning for closely held businesses, stock option planning, interim-CFO services, and estate and trust planning.

Paul Ho-Sing-Loy has 25 years of financial services and technology experience. In his roles as technology executive at Montgomery Securities, Banc America Securities, and Wells Fargo Paul was part of the due diligence teams. His role was to identify value, best practices, integration costs, and risks present in the company technologies. Paul has also been involved in R&D projects, acted as information security officer, managed acquisition integrations, and is a member of the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists. Paul is active in his church, St. Matthew Lutheran, in Walnut Creek, CA as a member of the church council and the Chief Financial Officer.

For two years, Dr. Sam Haddad served as full-time Corporate Executive, Worldwide Strategy for New Product Introduction (NPI) at Solectron Corporation in Milpitas, California. Sam has more than 30 years experience in engineering R&D, management consulting, new product development, vibration/acoustics problem solving and training for some Fortune 500 companies. These include nVidia, Applied Materials, IBM, CISCO, SAIC, NASA, EPRI and US Navy & US Army. Currently he serves on boards of directors and boards of advisors of several companies, on the Advisory Council of Silicon Valley Association of Startup Entrepreneurs (SVASE) and on the Board of Advisors of Technology Ventures Corporation (TVC). Sam served as President and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Silicon Valley Engineering Council (SVEC) from 1996 to 1998 and as Chairman of SVEC Hall of Fame and Awards Committee – for 4 years. SVEC is an umbrella organization for over 60,000 engineers, scientists and technologists in Silicon Valley and in the Greater Bay Area. Sam has co-authored/edited 5 books, four book chapters and over 140 refereed journal and conference papers on noise control, neural networks, predictive maintenance and vibration. Dr. Sam Haddad holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with honors and a Ph.D. in Engineering (Vibration & Acoustics) from Southampton University in the United Kingdom.
